Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.

As long as the order is returned within the stated time frame, remains in an unused condition and has not been removed from the original packaging, a refund will be issued.
This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly received products where your statutory rights are unaffected.
Please note: we are only able to reimburse postage fees from returns coming from customers within Ireland.
Exchanges
Please make sure you have chosen the correct shade before placing your order as we will not be able to facilitate exchanges on online orders.
Faulty/Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to us immediately at info@projectbeauty.ie with your order number and we will assist you.
Don’t forget to include photos/videos of the condition of the product so we can investigate the claim.
Products Not Purchased From Our Store
We are unable to accept returns on products not purchased online from www.projectbeauty.ie, however if you have purchased a product at one of our authorised retailers/counters, please do contact them directly with your receipt and they will be able to assist you.
